A Natural Problem-Solver, Visionary Leader, and a Dedicated Community Advocate.
As a long-time Airdrie resident, small business supporter, and advocate for better city services, Tomi Adenipekun has spent years working to ensure that every voice is heard and that Airdrie’s rapid growth benefits everyone. With a background in public policy, problem-solving, and grassroots organizing, he is ready to bring real change to our city.
How do we make Airdrie vibrant again?
I will lower property taxes by cutting waste, attracting corporations that generate commercial tax revenue, and introducing incentives that support the local economy, easing the financial burden on home and small business owners.
Airdrie deserves smart and well-planned expansion with improved roads, smarter public transit, affordable housing, and better healthcare. I will advocate for development that genuinely helps Airdonians, supports businesses, and creates welcoming, safe neighborhoods where everyone can prosper.
I will implement open budgeting, ensuring transparency in council spending. With regular updates, readily available public records, town hall meetings, and a performance dashboard, Airdonians will have a say in decisions and be kept informed on progress and issues.

I will prioritize investments in local water infrastructure to ensure stable utility costs, secure sustainability, and give us control over our drinking water, reducing our water dependency on Calgary.
What is the greatest change you want to see in Airdrie?
Airdrie deserves leadership that truly puts its people first. Tomi Adenipekun is committed to doing that and creating real solutions for our city. Join the movement to build a stronger, more connected Airdrie that works for the people
